Adam founded New Insight Analytics with the vision of empowering businesses to leverage data as a strategic asset. While most businesses understand the importance of data, many struggle to transform it into a durable competitive advantage. Getting the data right creates a virtuous circle; better data, better decisions, better return on investment.
Adam has more than a decade of experience analyzing business strategies and evaluating capital efficiency within the consumer discretionary sector. Previously, Adam was an Associate Portfolio Manager at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. His team managed the Consumer Discretionary Global Sector Portfolio, which allocated $1.9 billion AUM across global developed markets. The team operated in a fast paced environment where data was crucial for making high quality high stakes decisions. In this role, Adam regularly engaged with top executives to discuss strategy and capital deployment decisions.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Living in a rural community east of Green Bay, Adam values family and the outdoors. He enjoys camping, hunting and fishing with his wife and two sons, as well as cheering for the Green Bay Packers.
